Track Your Application Documents in WebAdvisor

  • Applicants should check WebAdvisor regularly to track receipt of required documents.
  • Login information is provided in the acknowledgement package that is either mailed or emailed to you.
  • A checklist of required documents will appear under Important Documents – Outstanding/Received under the Prospective Student menu. Please allow up to 7 business days for any documents received to be reflected on WebAdvisor.

For Ontario High School Students

Decisions are made on a rolling basis as grade information is received, with most decisions being released within the following admission rounds.

  • Round #1 – Beginning of December 1
  • Round #2 – Beginning of March 2
  • Round #3 – Beginning of May
  • Round #4 – End of July 3

1A limited number of offers to limited enrollment programs (BPHE, Nursing, OMAH) will be released at this time.

2Offers to limited enrollment programs for applicants who applied by the equal consideration deadline will start being released.

3Offers are made provided room remains in the program applied to.

For All Other Applicants (open enrollment programs)

  • Decisions will be released within 21 days of when an application is considered complete.
  • An application is considered complete and ready for a decision only when all documents required for admission consideration have been received. Required documents may include but are not limited to: high school and/or postsecondary transcripts, WES evaluation (if applicable), English language proficiency scores (if applicable).
  • Applicants should check WebAdvisor regularly to track receipt of required documents. Current Nipissing students will use their current login credentials. Transfer applicants are provided with login information in the acknowledgement email that you are sent upon receipt of your application. A checklist of required documents will appear under Important Documents – Outstanding/Received under the Prospective Student menu. Please allow up to 7 business days for any documents received to be reflected on WebAdvisor.

Other Undergraduate Programs & Consecutive Education

Equal Consideration Applicants: A limited number of offers will be released starting at the beginning of December. Most offers will begin to be released starting at the end of February/beginning of March.

All Other Applicants: Qualified applicants who did not apply by the equal consideration deadline will be considered for admission no later than the end of May, provided room remains in the program. If the program is full, qualified applicants will be offered a position on the waiting list and considered for admission to an alternate program. 
Bachelor of Science in Nursing – RPN Bridging (on campus) Equal Consideration Applicants: Decisions will be released by the end of March.

All Other Applicants: Qualified applicants who did not apply by the equal consideration deadline will be considered for admission provided room remains in the program. If the program is full, qualified applicants will be offered a position on the waiting list. 
Bachelor of Social Work - Professional YearsDecisions will be released at the beginning of April
Bachelor of Science in Nursing – RPN Bridging (Blended Learning)

Winter Intake - (January start)

Decision will be released end of November.

Fall Intake - (September start)

Decision will be released at the end of June.

Indigenous Admission Pathway & Indigenous Education Programs

Your application will be reviewed by our office, and you will be contacted once an admission decision has been made.

Graduate Programs

The following information pertains to all applicants, regardless of status in Canada.

  • Decisions will be released at the end of February/beginning of March.
  • Decisions are emailed to the email listed on your application.
